Dwayne Odicious Smith came to Canada from Jamaica with little more than grit and a dream. He started as a farm worker but his true calling was carpentry. From the fields to freezing Canadian winters, he carved his path through hard work, sacrifice, and determination.
What began as one mans fight to build a better life has grown into a company built on the same foundation: Hard Work, Sacrifice, Honesty, and Heart.
